Yup, I just celebrated my 35th birthday. It doesn't seem so long ago when I would think of what it would be like to turn 35 and thinking that it was quite a long ways away. Well, the day has come and passed and I must admit I don't feel like I'm 35.
Sometimes I do feel like I move slower, and I do have a few more aches and pains - especially after playing a bit of volleyball. Overall, I feel pretty good.
We celebrated by having dinner at Firebirds. We were joined by Ed and Maria and we had a good time eating, drinking, eating more and doing more eating. Good thing I'm playing v-ball today!
Oh, what did I get for gifts? My lovely wife got me a new lens for my camera (55-250mm f4-5.6 w/ IS) and a membership to a microbrewed beer club, which sends me 12 bottles of beer every month! whoohoo! My mother-in-law got me a charging stand for my wiimotes and IronMan on Blu-Ray. I like presents. :)
